Celebrate Our 20 Year Reunion!

Our reunion will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025. We have two activities planned for the day and both are family friendly.

3:00pm — 4:00pm: School Tour

Join us at 3:00pm for a tour of Edmond North and catch up on all of the changes that have been made over the past 20 years. Spouses and families are welcome. This event is free to attend.

6:00pm — 9:00pm: Reunion Party

Join us at 6:00pm at “Chicken N Pickle” for our reunion party! The location is 8400 N Oklahoma Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73114. More information about the venue can be found on their website at https://chickennpickle.com/location/oklahoma-city. Spouses and families are welcome. This event requires a ticket for each person attending.

Tickets

The Reunion Party requires a ticket for each person attending.

The deadline for purchasing tickets is THURSDAY, MAY 1.

$75 Adult Ticket (13 and over)

The adult ticket includes:

  • Buffet: Chicken Tinga (rotisserie chicken, southwest spices, onions, fire-roasted tomatoes and peppers) and Beef Fajitas (beef, peppers, onions, southwest seasoning), along with G’s Spicy Potatoes, Cilantro Lime Rice, Street Corn, Flour Tortillas, Corn Tortillas, Guacamole, Pico Sour Cream, Salsa Verde, Chorizo Queso, Tortilla Chips, and Southwestern Black Beans

  • Unlimited Soft Drinks: Includes a souvenir cup.

  • Pickleball: Access to courts and all equipment

  • Outdoor Games: Bocce, Cornhole, Ping Pong, Giant Jenga, and Giant Battleship

  • Cash Bar: Alcoholic drinks may be purchased

$25 Child Ticket (12 and under)

The child/young adult ticket includes:

  • Buffet: Chicken Fingers, Mac & Cheese, Hand-Cut Fries

  • Unlimited Soft Drinks: Includes a souvenir cup

  • Pickleball: Access to courts and all equipment

  • Outdoor Games: Bocce, Cornhole, Ping Pong, Giant Jenga, and Giant Battleship

How to Reserve Your Place:  In order to keep costs down and not have to charge an additional $5-10 per ticket in fees that websites like Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, etc., charge, we are asking that you do the following to reserve your tickets. The deadline for purchasing tickets is Thursday, May 1st.

Step 1: Simply e-mail Josh Ward at joshua.m.ward@gmail.com with the names of each guest in your party and whether they are adult or child tickets. We’ll have your wristbands waiting for you at the venue on the day! If there are any dietary restrictions for your party, please also include that information.

Step 2: There are two ways to pay for your tickets. You may either use Zelle through your bank to electronically transfer the total amount due to Josh Ward by finding him via his e-mail (joshua.m.ward@gmail.com) or by using his phone number (405-640-3994). Please be sure that you triple-check the spelling or phone numbers as we can’t be responsible or assist if you send the funds to the wrong person. Alternatively, if you would prefer to simply mail a check, please make it out to “Joshua Ward” and mail it to 2300 Southbend Road, Edmond, OK 73034.

Refunds and Terms: Tickets are fully refundable up until one month before the event. Any refund requests that are received on or after April 17th are unfortunately non-refundable due to our payment commitment to the venue. Past that date, you can certainly give your ticket(s) to others if you cannot attend, simply let us know. Full terms and conditions apply.
